1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the Iguanify service during its early access.

2. What you are buying

You are buying access to Iguanify's production workflow and the finished output it generates — measured and paid for in credits. You are not buying a subscription, a specific creative result, a guaranteed level of quality, or any commercial performance. Generation is asynchronous: jobs are queued, produced and delivered to your account dashboard, typically within the estimated time shown before you generate.

3. Ownership and commercial use

• Your inputs stay yours. The prompts and parameters you submit remain your property.
• You own what we deliver. Once a job is delivered and the credits for it have been paid, we assign to you all rights we hold in that output. You may use, publish, adapt and commercially exploit delivered output — including monetising it on social platforms, in advertising, and in client work — without paying us any further fee or royalty.
• You are responsible for your inputs. You must hold the rights to anything you submit and must not direct the service to reproduce real people's likenesses without consent, trademarked characters, or third parties' copyrighted scripts, music or footage. You indemnify us against claims arising from your inputs or your use of the output.

4. Credits, payment, refunds and cancellation

• Credits are sold as one-time packs. Every tool shows a flat credit price before you generate; that displayed price is the full cost of the job. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal.
• Credits never expire and are not redeemable for cash. Welcome credits granted at signup carry no cash value.
• Failed jobs are refunded automatically. If a job does not pass our quality checks and is not delivered, its credits are returned to your balance with no action needed from you. You can also cancel a job yourself before it starts and be refunded in full.
• Completed jobs are not refundable. Once a job has been delivered, the credits it consumed are used and cannot be refunded — generation incurs real compute cost at the moment of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Credit-pack purchases. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided you have not begun using the credits in that pack. Once you start spending a pack, the right to cancel that pack ends, because the digital service has begun with your consent.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Iguanify to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing of anyone's intellectual property or other rights, or harmful — including content that is defamatory, that impersonates real people without their consent, that sexualises minors, that incites violence or hatred, or that is designed to deceive (such as undisclosed synthetic media of real events or people). Misuse is grounds for us to refuse, gate or remove generations, withhold output, and suspend or terminate your account without refund of credits already spent on offending jobs.

6. No earnings or income claims

Iguanify makes no representation, promise or guarantee of any earnings, income, audience growth, views, followers, sales or commercial success from using the service or from any output it generates. Any figures, examples or case studies we publish describe past results for ourselves or others and are not a promise of your results. What you achieve depends on factors outside our control, and you should not buy credits in reliance on any expectation of financial return.

7. Service level and liability — early access

This is an early-access service. Delivery times are estimates, queues can move, and some requests will fail our quality checks — we would rather refund a job than deliver a poor one. The service is provided "as is" during early access. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud); subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

8. Changes

We'll give early-access accounts at least 14 days' notice by email before any material change to these terms or to early-access pricing.
